What I do?
My specialty is understanding business needs and implementing them in business processes and software. I know what can be archieved by customizing existing applications and integrating it with other services and applications. To further maximize the value from software I focus on creating user friendly workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
Below are some examples of areas I have worked with. I usually stick to no code approach but I don't mind creating some low-code solutions if necessary.
Website analytics
Google and Adobe Analytics. Also familiar with tag management with Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
Website CMS
Setting up a complete Wordpress blog and this site with Jekyll. Also authored with Adobe Experience Manager.
Dynamics 365 & PowerBI
Customized entities, forms, workflows, you name it! Also built sales process, marketing automations, customer feedback loops and reporting with PowerBI.
Marketing automation
I wrote my thesis about automated lead nurturing! Also created other automations for events, campaigns and contact base maintenance.
HTML & CSS & JavaScript
